We start with a complimentary 30-minute conversation to understand your vision, lifestyle, and project goals. I’ll send a short questionnaire beforehand so we can make the most of our time together and determine if we’re the right fit.

I visit your home to get a real feel for its potential and understand how you live within it. We’ll walk through each room, discuss your vision for the space and I’ll take detailed measurements. This usually takes upwards of 2 hours and lets me accurately scope and price your project.

Note - if you choose Virtual Design, all measurements will need to be provided by you.

This is where the ideas start flowing. I pull together your complete vision, mood boards, colour schemes, layouts and key finishes. By the end of this stage, you’ll have a clear picture of where each room is headed and feel excited about the transformation ahead.

Here’s where every detail gets refined. Through several design meetings, we’ll finalise furniture layouts, electrical and lighting plans, custom joinery drawings, and select every piece that will make your house feel like home. At these meetings you can also expect certain sign offs that are required to keep your project on track.

While work happens on-site, I coordinate with all trades, manage procurement timelines for all FF&E and ensure everything comes together seamlessly, regularly communicating with all parties and ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.

Finally, I personally oversee the installation of every piece, conducting a thorough inspection before handing over your beautifully finished space to enjoy!
